Coghlin Companies, Inc. recently completed the merger of two of its wholly owned subsidiaries – Columbia Tech and DCI Engineering.Both subsidiaries will now fall under the one unified brand of Columbia Tech with a mission of “Time to Market at WARP SPEEDTM.” The merger was implemented to leverage various operating efficiencies between the two divisions and to further streamline the “time to market” process by utilizing talent synergies across the organization and further enhance and bring greater clarity to the concept-to-commercialization mission.
